1. Service Agreement
Air Conditioning Dublin delivers air conditioning installation, servicing and repair for residential and commercial properties across Dublin and the Midlands. Engaging our services constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Payment Structure
Invoicing: Payment falls due within 30 days of invoice date unless alternative arrangements are confirmed in writing.
Advance Payments: Certain projects require deposits before commencement. Deposit amounts and payment schedules are specified in service quotations.
Payment Methods: We accept bank transfer, card payments and other methods detailed on invoices.
3. Service Guarantees
Our workmanship carries a 5-year guarantee from service completion date, covering defects arising from our installation work. This guarantee excludes:
- Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized technicians
- Damage from misuse, neglect or circumstances beyond our control
- Routine maintenance unless covered by separate maintenance agreements
4. Appointment Changes
Cancellations: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled service time may incur cancellation charges.
5. Limitation of Liability
Air Conditioning Dublin’s liability is restricted to the value of services provided. We accept no responsibility for consequential or indirect losses. Our liability does not extend to issues caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including electrical failures, building defects or equipment misuse.
6. Payment Recovery
For unresolved payment matters, Air Conditioning Dublin may engage debt collection services or pursue legal remedies. Legal proceedings will be subject to Irish law and Dublin jurisdiction. Clients are liable for legal costs and collection expenses resulting from payment defaults.
7 Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions operate under Irish law and regulations applicable in Ireland.
